How can we be easy on ourselves? Why do we judge ourselves so severely?
To be honest…I won’t do it or I am literally dead in the water. That’s the bottom line. When that feeling sets in that I am fucking everything up, that I am failing, loosing ground, loosing touch, when the pain of my actions overtakes me…I have learned like a Navy Seal to put my hand on my heart and validate where I have come from. We need freedom from self-loathing, the torture chamber in our minds that scolds our actions rather than embraces the learned journey. Just imagine the beautiful exchange inside our minds of “how could you,” to “it sure makes sense why you would and next time we will do so much better.”
