This is a hardware and lumber store with four locations in Roatan. We headed out early for the one in Oak Ridge.

Very poor. Most of the houses sit up on stilts above the water. Do you think they have indoor plumbing for their sewage?

Had quite a shock when it came time to use the facilities. I opened the lid and found the toilet seat to simply be bolted to a block of wood raised above the sea. There was a trash can right beside the toilet for a deposit of your spent toilet paper. But all your business went directly into the sea.
