The most important thing I have learned is depression and social media do not go well together at all. There is no specific age for encountering issues of mental illness and hence depression, anxiety and stress have become a rampant problem among people. Although in some cases technologies such as smartphones, artificial intelligence improve mental health and reduce the number of suicides.

Based on a report from The World Health Organisation, depression will be the biggest cause of ill health in the World by the year 2030. Therefore, sensors combined with Artificial Intelligence (AI) will assimilate mental health knowledge about a person and help them navigate safely day to day.
Digital phenotyping or personal sensing in psychiatry is like noting the measurement of individual level human phenotype using data from personal digital devices.This gives us a report of our mental health symptoms which has few biological markers in it.This will be the only main source to analyse the mental health of people in upcoming years.
Hence, from my point of view mental health is equally important as physical health and both these must be equally balanced and well managed by an individual to lead a healthy and happy living. So, by the year 2030 ( i.e ) within this decade, mental health will create a huge impact on people’s life and moreover it will create more self love
