Deactivating Scroll Glow effect in Flutter Applications

While we are ready to develop an application, this effect takes place within the app itself.

This Scroll Glow has its own attractiveness, but at some points, it may look a little weird, just a point… However, this article explains how we can disable or deactivate such a Scroll effect.

This effect comes into play due to GlowingOverscrollIndicator, this effect is by default applied to a Flutter App.

To disable this effect, we need to provide a Custom Behavior.

On the “main.dart”, add this snippet

We jot down the code that disables this effect. The next step is to apply to the MaterialApp’s builder section.

Consider the following snippet

Run the app and you’re good to go.
