Effective Time Management

Time the ultimate source. The loss that we cannot bear. The asset that we waste on trashy things like social media(specially after posting a photograph). Allah(SWT) has bestowed with 1440 minutes a day 10080 minutes a week 43200 minutes in a month. Are we using it efficiently are we making life out of it. The answer is simple no.

There are a lot of time management techniques like eat that frog by brain tracy, following the 80/20 rule and taking care of our health but the recent and a fine activity that I encountered with is Pomodoro.

The idea is basic but unique The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for ‘tomato’, after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used s a university student.

I applied it but first I started using FB, then I switched to Youtube and suddenly I saw the reminder and learnt that there is only few minutes are left and there is where the panic monster comes and I did my best to complete the task that I assign myself to complete it.

Giving ourselves treat right after the 25 minutes and after the completion of an hour a relaxation time is very something. Try once and you will buy it again and again.
